The Clubhouse at Sand Moor features a contemporary lounge and bar area, a formal dining room, private dining and meeting rooms and a large balcony which overlooks the 18th green and putting green.

The clubhouse has an open and spacious bar and lounge area, opening out to a large, wrap around balcony which overlooks the 18th green and putting green. Players and their guests can relax, whilst sampling some of the fine local cask ales and guest beers, selected by our House Manager, Luke Nichols  and wines selected by our expert sommelier Patrice, accompanied by freshly prepared food from the catering team.

Clubhouse Dining

Since January 2026, catering at Sand Moor Golf Club has been provided by a new franchise operation, bringing a fresh yet familiar approach to clubhouse dining. The focus is on delivering consistently high standards, using quality ingredients and well-balanced menus, in a relaxed and welcoming clubhouse environment.

The catering offer combines seasonal dishes and classic favourites, designed to suit golfers, members, guests and visitors throughout the week. Whether dining after a round, meeting friends for lunch, or attending a social event, the emphasis is on good food, efficient service and an enjoyable experience.

Alongside the main menus, a daily bar snacks menu is available, offering straightforward, well-prepared options for those looking for something lighter or more informal.

The franchise has an established background in golf club and hospitality catering, with experience at venues such as Otley Golf Club and The Plough Inn, Wiggleswick, bringing a proven understanding of both member-led clubs and wider hospitality settings.
